What Happens After You Join the MAVI Talent Network

Getting accepted into the MAVI Talent Network is the start of a standing relationship where remote accounting jobs with US companies are brought to you when they fit, without you reapplying for each one. Here's exactly what to expect after you join MAVI, from your first day in the network to your first match.

We Bring Roles to You

With MAVI, you don't browse a job board, submit applications, or refresh a portal hoping something new appears. The MAVI team reaches out to you when a role comes up that fits, sharing details with you directly: the scope, the hours, the time-zone overlap, and the compensation. You review it and decide. Your profile is only ever shared with a client after you agree to move forward.

What to do while waiting for a while

You don't have to check in daily. The one thing worth doing while you’re not yet matched is keeping your profile current, since that's what we check against. When your skills, tools, or availability change, update them.

What does being accepted into the MAVI Talent Network mean?

Being accepted into the MAVI Talent Network allows you to get matched to finance and accounting roles that fit your profile – as soon as they become available. While it doesn’t automatically guarantee a job offer, it provides standing, durable access to:

A permanent, vetted profile in a network US companies actively hire from.

Eligibility for remote accounting jobs with US companies that match your skills, tools, and availability.

The freedom to keep your current job while you wait for the right fit.

Matching Timing

Roles open when US companies have specific needs. Some members are matched quickly because their profile lines up with an active need. Others wait longer for the right fit. Neither says anything about your standing in the network.

The moment a role fits, you’re considered

As soon as an opportunity matches your profile, you're in the running immediately. Nobody in the pre-vetted talent network gets forgotten or pushed to the back of a line. A quiet week only means the right remote accounting jobs with US companies haven't come up for you yet.

Keep current engagements while waiting

Being in the network doesn't require you to quit anything or sit on standby. Many members keep their current jobs and only make a move when the right opportunity arrives. There's no pressure to be available on demand and no penalty for saying a particular match isn't right for you.

Getting contracts and offers

Joining the network doesn't create an employment contract or an offer letter. Those come later, and only for a specific engagement. When you're matched with a client, and you both decide to move forward, you'll receive the full role details in writing: the job description, the rate, the hours, and the time-zone requirements. Until you and the client both agree to proceed, there's no commitment on your end.
