Joining the network doesn't automatically mean a job offer. But as soon as an opportunity matches your profile, you're in the running immediately.

You can keep your current engagement and only make a move when the right opportunity arrives. There's no pressure to be available on demand and no penalty for saying a particular match isn't right for you.
Role Alignment
When you're matched with a client, and you both decide to move forward, you'll receive the full role details in writing. Until you and the client both agree to proceed, there's no commitment on your end.
You’re accepted into the network
After you clear our multi-step vetting process, you're officially accepted into the network, making you eligible for available opportunities and visible to our matching intelligence.
You keep your profile current
Being in the network doesn't automatically guarantee a job. While you wait for a match, keep your profile up-to-date; log any changes to your skills, tools, and availability.
MAVI reaches out with a match
When a US company’s need fits your profile, we contact you with the full details. Note that a match is not an automatic placement and doesn't guarantee a contract.
You decide whether to move forward
Your profile is shared with the client after you agree. You sit in an interview, and if there's a fit, you can move forward. You're free to pass if it doesn't align. If you and the client both commit, you receive the role details and agreement in writing.
The engagement begins
MAVI handles all the admin, from contracts to payments. Once everything's set up, you begin onboarding and start the work.
